I was perusing a local store yesterday, on a quest to see if there was anything else I required to feed my new shiny toy. I found nothing useful in that department and didn’t find anything else I desperately needed either.
Until I saw this.
Yes. A landfill survivor. The game so bad it destroyed an industry. I couldn’t resist; how could I? Even though I no longer have an Atari to try it out on, something in me just wouldn’t allow this relic of history to go unpurchased. Especially when it was only ninety-five cents!
I don’t know if I should be proud or ashamed to have it, but either way, I’m entertained. No idea what I’m going to do with it, so, for now, it sits on the shelf beside Little Miss No Name and Oscar. That way I can always glance over and see the terrible price of failure.
What about you folks out there? Anyone else have a collectible of dubious origin and notoriety? Anyone split on whether something you own is worth showing off or if it should be hidden from all eyes? Let us know down below!
